I give this book 5-stars because it's exactly as is described. It's an EASY GUITAR book, and the songs are in fact easy versions for beginner and novice players. People need to make sure that they understand that they are getting the EASY version of "The Very Best Of Prince," and not the regular version. I bought this book with the full knowledge that it had the easy songs. I'm at the point of my guitar playing where books like this are a bit too simple, but the regular song books are a bit too challenging. I ordered the regular "The Very Best of Prince," but it's on back order. I want to stress though that this particular book is excellent, and even if your skill is a bit higher, it's really fun to go through it and play these songs. The price is cheap, so you can't go wrong buying this book as well as the regular version.
